Today we are excited to announce the launch of Inbox – a better way for your entire team to communicate with leads and customers on any device. With Inbox, your entire team can make and receive inbound calls and text from customers and view the entire conversation in one thread, all from the same phone number.
Text messaging has become increasingly popular with consumers (especially millennials) as their preferred communication channel. Being able to communicate with customers through text messages is a crucial piece to increasing conversion rates. We’ve always had a text message automation that sends to missed calls, but now you’re able to have a 2-way text message conversation with customers directly from our Inbox. Whether you are sending a text message as a follow-up or texting new leads, the response rate from text messages and SMS cannot be denied. The open rate from sending text messages is 97%, and all businesses and sales reps need to incorporate SMS messages into their sales process.
With Inbox, there is also a “list view” that allows you to see all inbound and outbound phone calls and text message activity at a glance and gather valuable insights from these activities. This is the view that most of our customers were previously using in our classic app. For companies that do lead generation and drive inbound phone calls and text messages to their clients, this view enables you to see those valuable leads and attribute the marketing channels that generated the lead.
With one click, you can switch between the conversation view and the list view.
Redesigned Layout With Lead Attribution Data
Inbox is designed to help marketers, small businesses, and sales professionals capture, manage and engage with their leads all in one place from a shared inbox. Now, when you’re responding to a Lead in the Inbox, whether that’s a phone call or a text conversation, their attribution data is visible on the right panel—no more switching tabs or hunting for information.
It’s there to help you quickly view the source of the lead, what keywords they are searching, and lots more. This gives you all the context you’ll need to provide a delightful customer experience, follow up with your lead with more personalized context (I.e., pricing conversation vs. scheduling), and turn more calls and texts into customers.
And of course, all this will push into your favorite CRM or reporting tool in real-time through our direct integrations or API.
More space for conversations
With PhoneWagon Inbox, you can see a history of all your activities (phone calls and text messages / SMS). It is the easiest place for you to check your voicemail, listen to a call recording, make outbound phone calls, or send a text message—inbox threads all the activities between a Lead and a PhoneWagon number into a Conversation. We will show the contact information of the lead or customer at the top of the conversation. Now, we give more space for the Conversation so that you can see more customer activities and engage with your leads faster with context.
Some of our customers are salespeople who want to utilize text message marketing combined with other efforts on social media, LinkedIn, and cold outreach. Our Inbox now allows you to respond to inbound responses with a call or SMS text from your SMS marketing and turn those responses into paying customers.

Q: How can I filter the list?
With a recent update, we moved all the filters to the sidebar; you can filter based on Tags, Companies, Numbers, Duration, Keywords, and other filters. You can also pick up the time range you would like to see at the top right of the page.
Q: Can I export the list?
This is coming very soon. I’ll update this post when this is launched.
