We are incredibly excited about the launch of our HubSpot integration and being a HubSpot certified app partner . When we launched PhoneWagon earlier this year we set out to help marketers and business owners optimize their ad spend and win more customers. We knew that phone calls were a huge part of their business and there wasn’t a great way to track phone calls from a beautiful and simple dashboard.
Today we are announcing our integration with HubSpot. By integrating call tracking with PhoneWagon into HubSpot, you can now see all your phone calls (including marketing campaign, source and keyword) directly inside HubSpot. We will create a new contact if that phone number isn’t in your contact list. If they are already a contact we will simply add the call activity to the contact record so you can view everything in one place. It’s the best way for marketers and salespeople to leverage data to close more deals.
Here’s the 6 steps to integrate PhoneWagon with HubSpot:
Step 1: Click on ‘Company Settings’ and then select HubSpot
When you’re in your PhoneWagon account, make sure you have the correct company selected for the PhoneWagon account you are integrating with HubSpot. In the screenshot below, I have Plumbers New York selected as my company.
Step 2: Click ‘Activate Integration’
When you click Activate Integration it will take you to a screen to login to your HubSpot account and authorize the integration.
Step 3: Choose the HubSpot Account you want to integrate with PhoneWagon
Your HubSpot accounts will show up in a list after you login to HubSpot. Select the HubSpot account that you want to integrate with PhoneWagon.
Step 4: Connect HubSpot to PhoneWagon by clicking ‘Connect App’
When you click “Connect App” it will create the integration sync.
Step 5: Configure Your HubSpot Integration
In this step you can select whether you want to create new contacts in HubSpot if the phone number of the inbound call doesn’t match any of our existing HubSpot contacts. You can also choose whether to sync the data for all callers or only first time callers. Additionally, you can set a minimum duration to sync the call data. This way you aren’t pushing in spam calls and really short phone calls.
Step 6: Confirm the integration is active
When you click into the “Company Settings” page and see the integrations you will notice a green check mark in the top right corner of the integrations that are active.
Now, when you go to your HubSpot CRM, you will see new contacts for new calls from PhoneWagon. The call activity will be added automatically along with the call recording and source of the phone calls. It’s magic.
